Membership FAQs
How can I become a member?
You can become a member online at bilety.polin.pl, or in-person at the cash desk in the lobby. Please ask a salesperson for assistance at the desk.
What membership levels are available?
There are five membership levels, each with increasing benefits. Please visit Membership levels and benefits to learn more about our offers!
How can I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership by purchasing a new card online at bilety.polin.pl, or onsite at the ticket office.
How can I cancel my membership?
Your membership expires one year after purchase. There is no option to cancel earlier and receive compensation.

How can I update my mailing address or contact information?
If you would like to update your contact information or mailing address, please send an email to [email protected]. Please provide your current information and your updated information.
When will my membership expire?
Your membership will expire one year after purchase.
Can I upgrade my membership to a higher level?
Yes! You can either renew or upgrade your membership by choosing the package that best suits you, your family and friends. You may also decide to upgrade your membership during the year, allowing you to immediately gain access to the next tier.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Of course! Membership is a great gift. To purchase a membership for someone else, please follow the same steps but provide their information.
Do I need my membership card to visit the Museum/access my benefits?
To access your benefits or visit the Museum, you must present your card in some form. You may use an electronic or physical version. A PDF of your card will be sent to you within 5 business days from the date of purchase. However, by showing your purchase confirmation email, you can already use all your membership benefits. If you would like a physical card, please see the ticket desk in the lobby.
How many guests can I bring with me to the Museum?
It depends on your membership levels and the types of events. For specific information, please visit Membership levels and benefits.
Can I use membership admission benefits for group visits, tour groups, or school visits?
At the time, it is not possible to use membership admission benefits for group visits unless otherwise stated. If you are coming with a group, we encourage you to reach out to museum staff. We will be happy to assist.
What events and programs are available to members?
Available events and programs depend on your membership level. We offer exclusive events for members only such as exhibit tours, online events, and even breakfast with POLIN’s Museum Director. Our members-only newsletter will keep you updated, but if you want to check what kind of events and programs are available for your membership level, please visit Membership levels and benefits.
What discounts do I get as a member?
Depending on your membership level, you are eligible for discounts at the museum shop, restaurant and cafe.
What other institutions can I visit with my membership card?
Soon, you will be able to visit leading Holocaust and Jewish museums and institutions across Poland. We will notify our members once the program officially launches. We are also working to expand the list of institutions available to POLIN Museum members.
Do I need to book my visit in advance?
Booking in advance is not required. You are welcome to visit at any time during the POLIN Museum’s opening hours. To collect your audioguide, simply present your member card at the counter next to the cash desk.
Can I lend my membership card to my partner or a friend?
Lending a membership card to a partner or friend is not permitted.
As a member, how do I find out about forthcoming Museum exhibitions and events?
Our members-only newsletter will keep you updated on any upcoming exhibitions and events, but you are also welcome to check out our website’s calendar. If you have any questions, feel free to email [email protected]
How does my membership support the Museum?

What are other options for supporting the Museum?
There are many options to support the Museum, such as the following:

How do I pick up my card?
By showing the purchase confirmation email, you can immediately use all membership benefits. If purchased at the ticket office on Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, you may pick up your card at the Museum within 1 hour. For purchases made outside of these hours, please contact us by email at [email protected] to arrange a convenient pickup time. If you buy membership online, you must either choose a delivery of a plastic card to your postal address (+10 PLN and within North America and EU) or contact us to arrange a convenient pickup date. You will also receive a PDF within 5 business days.
Can I roll over my unused passes to my next year membership?
Yes, however, you must maintain an active membership to redeem passes from the previous year.
