Łucja Koch

Deputy Director of Education and Sales

Łucja Koch shapes POLIN Museum’s strategy and oversees Education, Cultural Programs, Sales & Customer Services, and Strategic Projects, including the flagship Jewish Cultural Heritage initiative funded by Norway Grants. She led the teams that developed the Museum’s strategies for 2021–2025 and 2025–2030. From 2013 to 2022, she headed the Museum’s largest unit — the Education Department. She specializes in team building, complex project management, and institutional strategy.

She holds a degree in sociology from the University of Warsaw, a postgraduate diploma in cultural management from the Warsaw School of Economics, and an MBA in Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation from Warsaw University of Technology Business School. She served as a board member of the Association of European Jewish Museums (2013–2020) and as an expert in projects of OSCE/ODIHR and UNESCO. She is a member of the Polish delegation to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) and of the Advisory Board of The Lost Shtetl Museum. In 2024, she received the Robert I. Goldman Award from the Jewish Foundation for the Righteous for Excellence in Holocaust Education.
