ORLEN is POLIN Museum Patron in the Jubilee Year of the Museum’s 10th anniversary
ORLEN and POLIN Museum join ranks to realize together the mission of restoring and protecting the memory of the 1000-year history of Polish Jews. ORLEN will be the first Patron of POLIN Museum.
We are proud to announce that in 2024, a special year for POLIN Museum celebrating 10th anniversary of its Grand Opening, ORLEN becomes the first Patron of the Museum and its jubilee. It is a great distinction for our institution, which for the past decade has played a key role in popularizing and commemorating the rich history of Polish Jews and strengthening intercultural dialogue.
The support from ORLEN will enable us to further develop educational, cultural, and academic activities aimed at deepening the understanding of the shared Polish-Jewish history, as well as building bridges between various social and cultural groups. The partnership with ORLEN will allow us to realize numerous projects, including organizing temporary exhibitions, expanding educational programs addressed to both youth and adults, and implementing new initiatives. A key aspect of the collaboration is ORLEN’s partnership with POLIN Museum in the efforts to reduce emissions.
The collaboration with ORLEN marks an important step for POLIN Museum in promoting the history of Jews in Poland and offering a space for reflection and dialogue on tolerance, respect, and the coexistence of cultures.
This is yet another milestone in "Made in POLIN" business cooperation program, aimed at building long-term relationships with companies that share the Museum’s values and and are willing to support us in our mission.
We invite you all to celebrate this jubilee year with us and to participate in events and initiatives in near future, made possible by our Patron’s generous support.
