Branka cookie can, Lwów – USD 200

Maurycy Brandstaetter established Branka in 1882. It was one of the largest manufacturers of chocolate and confectionary in Lwów and the most important one in Poland before the Second World War. Branka was famous for its beautiful packaging, which is why someone saved this cookie can.

It was displayed "In King Matt's Poland," an exhibition for children and their families at POLIN Museum in 2018–2019. The object can not be displayed in a showcase at the Resource Center.
