- The Controller of your personal data is the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, hereinafter referred to as the Museum or Controller, with its registered office in Warsaw (00-157) ul. Anielewicza 6. The Controller can be contacted in writing, by post, writing to the address of our registered office.
- The Data Protection Officer has been appointed at the Museum. The Data Protection Officer appointed by the Administrator supervises the correctness of personal data processing. - Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of verification, scheduling a visit to the POLIN Museum headquarters, and reserving a computer workstation.
- The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent (Article 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR).
- The recipients of your personal data are entities to whom the Controller entrusts tasks that require the processing of data (data processors). In accordance with applicable law, the Controller may transfer data to entities processing it on behalf of the Controller under data processing agreements (e.g., advisors, auditors, IT service providers), as well as to other entities authorised under applicable regulations (e.g., courts, law enforcement authorities) — based on a legally justified request.
- Your personal data is not transferred to “Third Countries”, i.e., outside the European Economic Area (EEA), nor to international organisations.
- The data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified above, but no longer than until the given consent given is withdrawn.
- You have the right to access your personal data and, subject to legal provisions, the right to rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your data.
