Tisha be-Av – a performance by Teatr 21

First performance inspired by the Tisha be-Av holiday was produced in 2015 in cooperation with POLIN Museum.

To quote Piotr Morawski from the Dwutygodnik bi-weekly: ”the performance talks of violence – a large-scale, totalitarian violence, but also violence to which we are subjected to on a daily basis, the invisible one. […] the everyday violence resides in insults, in stigmatisation. A Jew, a Down, a Homo – each time the violence mechanism remains the same.”

The event will be translated to English and Polish Sign Language.
