TISH Festival: "Ambassador in the kitchen" – a culinary online meeting

Ingredients:

• half an onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic (optional)
• 0,5 kg of chicken livers
• 2 boiled eggs (optional)
• oil

Preparation:

• Fry the onion and garlic, remove them from the pan and fry the meat in the same oil - not for too long so that it does not dry out. Mix everything and dice it. Serve with toast and jam - I recommend either cherry or onion.

Ingredients:

• 1 big onion, cut in half moons
• 3 cloves garlic (optional)
• 0,5 kg chicken liver
• 0,5 kg chicken hearts, cut in halves
• 0,3 kg chicken breast, cut into small pieces
• oil
• salt
• pepper
• cumin

Preparation:

• Season the meat with cumin and set aside for one hour. Fry the onions with garlic, then remove from the pan (leaving the oil). Add the chicken breast, then the hearts, then livers to the pan. Season with salt and pepper during the frying. Serve with pita bread, Israeli salad and tahini.
