The performance by the Sinfonia Varsovia orchestra, conducted by Marek Moś – an eminent Polish conductor, violinist and chamber musician – is intended as a homage to the great composer. The programme will be dominated by the violin music written by Glass, although the audience will also have the opportunity to listen to the Tirol piano concerto, performed by the orchestra and Piotr Orzechowski, aka Piano-hooligan.
